Capacity is cultivated over time, shaped by experiences, and leveraged to create value, elevate teams and enrich communities. At Shefa we coach leaders to discover and optimize their Capacity so they deliver upon and expand their potential in service of themselves, their teams & their companies.

We have spent decades leading organizations and coaching teams across a variety of industries and organizational structures — from start-up ventures to privately-held companies to publicly-traded corporations. Leveraging these vast experiences, we enable leaders’ growth and focus on achieving their goals. We have immersed ourselves in unconventional leadership experiences and have enhanced communities through volunteerism, board service and philanthropy — all of which shape our Capacity to coach leaders on their journeys.
