A New Journey
Every journey begins by assessing alignment. In service to our clients and out of respect for our practice, there needs to be alignment of purpose and mutual accountability, and, most importantly, an intense, sustained commitment to do the work.

Process to Discovery
Assessing alignment begins with Discovery.
We have established a three-step process to ensure we’re a fit for one another:
I
We’ll ask you to complete our Capacity Assessment
- Identify current commitments to Yourself, Your Tribe, Your Team and Your Community
- Outline Where you are, Where you’re going, How you’ll get there, and With whom you’ll travel
- Share Key Experiences, Prominent Challenges, and Unique Characteristics
II
We’ll set up a 45-minute Discovery Call once you’ve completed the assessment during which we’ll…
- Connect personally and review your assessment
- Understand your goals and identify obstacles in your path
- Discuss why you’re interested in coaching services and introduce the attributes of Abundant Leadership
III
Should we find initial alignment, we’ll arrange a 45-minute Validation Session, during which we’ll…
- Affirm interests, wants and goals
- Ascertain accountability and commitment to the work
- Review Shefa coaching framework and the elements of engagement
A Shared Commitment
We will formalize our journey by executing a 12-month agreement with clearly defined rules that we’ll co-create. We will then establish a meeting cadence – bi-weekly 60-minute coaching sessions. Between and beyond sessions, we will communicate and share information through our client portal. And, rest assured, you’ll have direct access to your coach via email, phone and text – for the, “Hey, you got 10 minutes to chat?” moments – throughout the journey.
During the 12-month engagement, we will create opportunities to get together in-person including, but not limited to, a mid-year review and an intensive year-end evaluation.
